Nestled atop a 75-acre Achiote private reserve, this truly spectacular, ecoconscious luxury villa - with a full complement of 8 staff, including a private gourmet chef and on-site personal concierge - welcomes guests with fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean and the verdant mountains hugging the Southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica’s celebrated Southern Zone.
 
Only a short walk to Hermosa beach and close to the famous "Whale's Tail" Uvita beach  - the reserve offers a completely private tropical rainforest environment, replete with the sounds of nature and the rolling surf. The expansive 20,000 sq ft villa is divided into East and West wings which converge onto the central living area featuring a soaring 30 foot thatched ceiling, overlooking the 3,000 sq ft freeform infinity pool, and the 270 degree ocean/rainforest vista beyond.
 
There are four master bedroom suites, each with large en-suite private bathroom with double sinks and both indoor and outdoor showers - perfect for 4 couples. For family groups, two additional double queen bedrooms are available for a total of six bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms - comfortably accommodating up to sixteen people.

Winning bidders can enjoy their week stay at the estate year round, with the only black out period being the weeks of Christmas and New Year. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis - subject to availability at the time of booking. - Airfare from U.S to Juan Santamaria Airport in San José, Costa Rica (Airport code: SJO)
- Airport transfers. Available options are:
  i) Private driver to take your group to the villa from SJO 
  ii) Renting a SUV with GPS at SJO and taking a scenic 2.5hr drive to the villa
  iii) 15min scenic flight from SJO to Quepos Managua Airport (QXP), then a short 30 min drive to the villa.
- Groceries for chef prepared meals, and other provisions such as alcohol, etc
